Shipping is free, the certificate will be sent to you by mail. The certificate is made of recycled cardboard packaging. You can download your certificate as a PDF via the QR code printed on it. In the PDF you will find more information about the condition of the tree and its growth. The certificate information is stored on the blockchain and is immutable, so the certificate cannot be changed or reissued.
The amount of CO2 offset by the certificate is roughly equivalent to the amount generated by the production and transport of one can of peaches and one pack of strawberries in winter (source: statista 2020).
